Terms of Service

Established: June 21, 2025

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for use of the smartphone application "TORIGAME" (the "App") provided by Haratake (Warano) (the "Provider"). Customers who use the App (each a "User") shall use the App only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Provider concerning use of the App.

Article 2 (Use of the App)

A User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms at the point of downloading the App. The App is a paid application; once purchased, all features can be used without any additional charges.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

In using the App, the User must not engage in any of the following:

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Conduct related to criminal activity
• Conduct that destroys or interferes with the functions of the App's servers or network
• Conduct that infringes the content, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Any other conduct the Provider deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Provider makes no warranty, either express or implied, that the App is free from defects in fact or in law (including defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, as well as errors, bugs, and infringement of rights). The Provider bears no liability whatsoever for any damage incurred by a User arising from the App.

Article 5 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the App, the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's location shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of first instance.
